the room was clean and spacious. the location was central to everything. i found the staff friendly and helpful with luggage storage before check-in.
The phone signal was nonexistent in the building. I could not even receive calls.

i appreciated the hotel's central location, it made exploring easy. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room included free tea and coffee, a nice touch. the bar downstairs had a good selection of drinks.
the mattress was a bit too firm for my preference, it affected my sleep quality a little.
