super clean roomdelicious foodgood service
i always look forward to a clean room and the housekeeping really delivered it was super clean. satyam did a nice job. the food was also delicious and one of our favorite places for special days. mr aaman's service was good and he suggested good cuisines.
the staff sometimes appears to be very indifferent at the reception.

the hotel rooms had really comfortable beds i had the best sleep there was a great coffee shop across from the hotel as well breakfast was my favourite meal i ate like a king they had healthy options too
the staff behaviour seemed indifferent at the reception i thought they were rude at times service felt too slow whether it was in the restaurant or for room service a simple lassi took half an hour the finance team seemed incompetent and unprofessional

I found immaculate rooms with REALLY comfortable beds. Breakfast offered many healthy options, SUCH as fresh fruit. I enjoyed the local sweets offered daily near the foyer. The location provided convenient access to a nearby mall.
I did find that service could sometimes be a bit slow.
