the gym had various machines for different workouts. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the fitness area. the breakfast buffet included both western and asian dishes.

The electric sockets in my initial room were not functioning properly. One was partially detached from the wall. the tap in the bath was difficult to turn. I had to apply a lot of force. i could hear noises like doors closing and luggage being wheeled past, indicating poor soundproofing.

I had expected more, especially since it was the former hilton. my bag was taken up the stairs upon arrival. after check-in, i had to ask for it to be brought to my room. I felt this should have been automatic for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
