the hotel location was good, near many restaurants.
the breakfast was quite boring. the same options repeated each morning, and i was bored. three nights is the maximum here.

the in-house laundromat was acceptable. this provided convenience .
The breakfast service was quite slow. it often took a considerable amount of time to get the egg order. this delay was frustrating. Also the breakfast selection remained unchanged each morning. this lack of variety made the dining experience monotonous and less enjoyable

i found the staff attentive and helpful they managed luggage transport seamlessly. the communal areas were calming offering a relaxing space after sightseeing. i particularly enjoyed the onsen i checked its capacity online for quieter times and loved it.
breakfast became slightly monotonous after several days the selection remained consistent each morning.

the hotel location was amazing and near many restaurants. the hotel room design are very nice. i found the public and private bath with good amenities. we enjoyed a spacious room it was great to return after a day.
the breakfast experience needed improvement, and training should be given to the crew. the service was bad there. there was little variety in breakfast options each day.

the buffet breakfast was perfect. there was so much to choose from. the hotel was super CLEAN and modern. the staff were so helpful.
the fitness center needed more equipment. it needed weights. the location was on the quieter side but within 5-15 minutes walk to metro stations. it also was near restaurants.
