i adored the really good breakfast selection, it was extensive and tasted very nice. the restored village setting is gorgeous and provided a unique atmosphere. i enjoyed the quiet environment. the pool was great for relaxation. overall, a fantastic stay!
i found the limited complimentary mineral water upon arrival a bit inconvenient. i wish more water was readily available without needing to purchase it or go to the restaurant.

the restaurant serves local dishes with ingredients grown onsite. the breakfast buffet included a large assortment of organic options. i loved the alfresco dining option, so i could enjoy the beautiful scenery while i eat.

the staff were great, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. they readily helped with requests. the check-in process was super easy, and i had no issue during the process.

our room had a spacious terrace. we had views of the hills and the sea in the distance. the room had great natural light. i loved the style and simplicity, it blended very well with the hotel's history.

the pool area included plenty of loungers for everyone. the location is a bit off the main road but worth the trip. the hotel maintained respect for the authenticity of the place. this meant it retained its charm.
