I enjoyed the fitness center. It features modern equipment. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh pastries. the location provided easy access to many shops. but i wish they had decaf coffee available at all times, not just during breakfast.

the minibar in my room was empty upon arrival, which seemed a bit odd for a hotel of this class.

the location worked well. it was perfect for accessing the s-bahn and u-bahn. regional trains were also easily accessible. the breakfast buffet offered reasonable prices. it was substantial and varied.

I noticed old doors everywhere. the internal facade looked super old. the spa seemed very far from the photos. it disappointed me very much. It looks approximately 15 years old.

i had booked a stay and anticipated some basic amenities. the room lacked coffee or tea service. there was also no conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom, only shower gel was available. the towels felt rough and small. it was like the hotel's best days are behind it.
