charmed by the Riviera

i found the french cuisine quite unique, with indian and asian influences that charmed me. i enjoyed the freshly caught barracuda for brunch. the setting is lovely, close to the beach and the pool. friendly staff.
The gym i saw was a bit small, and the sauna had some wires hanging out. This detail, while minor, did strike me.

the hotel is located a short walk from the port. a 30-40 minute walk along the sea brought me to the main port. the hotel benefits from being on the side with sunrises, providing amazing views during breakfast.

i savored the breakfast. it offered fresh omelettes, fruit, pastries, and yogurt. the restaurant had a broad menu and the food was really good. desserts and margaritas stood out in the bar.

i noticed the terraces off the restaurant and bar overlook a cozy pool and lawn. i could walk into port de st jean, beaulieu and villefranche. swimming in the heated pool before breakfast was great.

generally positive experience , but with some issues

the room was spacious with a balcony. it faced villa kerylos. breakfast offered a good selection of food. the entrance to the cap ferrat walk is beside the hotel. it took about four hours at a leisurely pace.
the room was near a railroad. trains frequently passed by. the noise was bothersome. a nespresso coffee machine was missing from the room. this was disappointing considering the price.

i stayed in a beautiful sea garden view room it had a very good upgrade the breakfast offered many options i particularly enjoyed the seating on the patio overlooking the sea the location was close to the rothchild estate and a short walk to villefranche sur mer
the gym was small it felt very stuffy and the sauna had some exposed wires i didn't see posted instructions for turning it on
