missing hairdryerstreet noise
The room lacked essential amenities. There was no fridge for keeping drinks cold. I found it quite annoying that there wasn't even a hairdryer available, a common feature in most hotels. The noise levels were disruptive. Street traffic was audible throughout the day.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
difficult parkingroom temperature
Parking proved VERY difficult upon arrival. The reception offered little help beyond suggesting I park illegally to unload my luggage. the room temperature was consistently uncomfortable. Despite repeated complaints, a fan was never offered until the last day of a four-night stay, and only then after I noticed one left outside a neighboring room. This lack of attention to guest comfort was disappointing.

a seaside dream
amazing locationfriendly staffhigh noise level
the location was amazing. i walked to the beach so easily, and it was romantic. the staff were friendly and helpful. i had such a positive experience with their kindness and attentiveness.
the noise levels were something i struggled with. i could hear the traffic throughout the day, and it made it hard to fully relax in the room. i think some soundproofing improvements would be really helpful.

the hotel offers a fresh water refill fountain in the main hallway, a really useful and eco-friendly feature. the hotel provides quick access to bus line +12, this is handy for airport transfers. guests can walk to the train station in about 20 minutes.

breakfast includes many choices that create a varied and fresh experience each morning. breakfast service runs until 11 am, however some items are not replenished after 10 am. various cafes are nearby allowing guests to try new options.

the room was very clean. it was spacious, unlike many european hotels. rooms have balconies that face the sea, providing lovely views. rooms lack seating on the balcony.

the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. staff were able to store luggage after check-out, allowing continued enjoyment of the city. the staff maintains cleanliness that is excellent.
