service shortcomings and room issues
loud gurgling insecure parking
My visit had some notable drawbacks. the air conditioning unit in the room emitted a consistent loud gurgling sound. this occurred regardless of the setting, preventing its use during the night.. the room became uncomfortably hot as a result. additionally, the car park's limited size was a concern. It was consistently full, forcing a search for alternative parking options nearby, none of which felt particularly secure.

The room had blackout curtains, a great feature for ensuring restful sleep. I liked the minibar. It contained a selection of drinks and snacks. The bathroom provided ample space and included Molton Brown toiletries. They added a touch of luxury.

faultless solo birthday trip
signature suite warm welcome stocked minibar quality cocktail
i have stayed at some lovely hotels.. and this is now my favourite! a massive thank you for the upgrade to a beautiful signature suite and a warm welcome on the front desk. the suite was immaculate, the bed was huge, and the complimentary mini bar was well-stocked. the bar and restaurant were fabulous, and the cocktails were quality and reasonably priced. the fillet steak was spot on too.
my recent stay had a very slight negative point, we felt the rooms aren't very soundproof, and i could hear noise from the outdoor street and corridors most of the night.

The room provided a large and comfortable bed. The hotel decor created a luxurious atmosphere I found very pleasing. The staff helped me choose a very nice wine after my dinner.
The room air conditioning wasn't as powerful as I would expect.

I had dinner at the bar one evening I really enjoyed the meal. The bar staff was very attentive I was impressed by their service. I was offered coffee at 10 pm after the coffee machine was switched off already.

friendly staff clean room faulty air conditioning uncomfortable experience
the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was well-designed and very clean, i enjoyed my stay.
the air conditioning did not have a constant mode. it switched itself off so i had to get out of bed to turn it back on.
