lovely holy island stay
friendly staffroom upgradesea viewdamaged blinds
i found the staff very friendly and accommodating i received a room upgrade to a double room sea view the room featured a comfortable bed the sea view was amazing it made the stay nice i was able to relax and unwind in the serene environment of the island
during my stay i noticed some minor issues the bathroom blinds were damaged they need repair this slightly detracted from the overall experience i hope management will address it soon

the staff were pleasant and very helpful throughout my visit their friendly attitude made a real difference i felt welcomed and attended to their assistance with local information was invaluable

breakfast included a self-service cold buffet that offered fresh fruit and boxed cereals hot breakfast was available i ordered the cooked breakfast it included sausage bacon black pudding haggis and half a tomato

the hotel has quirky hallways and doorways these added to its charm the location on holy island is excellent there are views over the harbour and the priory it provides easy access to local attractions

the double room sea view i stayed in was spacious and comfortable it had a large bed and a relaxing atmosphere the room had a great view of lindisfarne castle the shower was very good

the food tasted very good. service felt super quick and friendly. the restaurant was really clean. the best fish and chips ever looked here, it is true.
my room was disappointing. my view included the roof of a very nearby building. the beds and mattresses felt unsuitable for a hotel. the mattresses seemed to have no filling and springs and the beds creaked.
