When i arrived, the bar was closed, VERY strange for a Saturday night. Confused staff couldn't offer alternatives. I waited 45 minutes for a drink that NEVER came.

the staff was friendly and resolved any issues that arose. the rooms are spacious. the building is beautiful.
i found an unpleasant brown stain on the curtains in the room. the toilets in the lobby area were not clean either. i would expect an expensive hotel to be clean.

superb stay
central location professional staff amazing bathroom
The location is very central. the staff are professional. I found marco from room guest service helpful. the bathroom was amazing. the hotel opened for tourists who love luxury.
I wasn't crazy about the slow check-in process. It involved giving my credit card 3 separate times. the price was high! amex benefits were not honoured. The room was small.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of pastries and fresh fruit. It included a selection of local cheeses and smoked salmon, all presented in an orderly fashion. i especially enjoyed the fresh-squeezed orange juice.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a sauna and steam room. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. i found these amenities very useful.

the concierge arranged transportation promptly and efficiently. the staff at the front desk were always available! providing quick assistance and information. they offered helpful suggestions for local attractions.

My beautiful suite king had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room included a nespresso machine, with a selection of coffee pods. i appreciated the blackout curtains. They ensured a restful sleep.
