totally gorgeous stay!
huge bathroomseparate sinksrainfall showersoft bedding
i stayed in a suite and it was divine! the bathroom was huge with two separate sinks. a rainfall shower offered a spa-like experience. the hotel also had fantastic tea and coffee making facilities in the room! the bed had soft bedding ensuring i had a great night's sleep
the cooked breakfast could be a bit fresher and warmer, though. a fridge in the room would enhance the facilities, it's a small thing but would make a difference

Staff were friendly. Polite and professional in all aspects. reception staff were very polite and well-mannered. claire, the wedding coordinator has over 20 years of experience and is very knowledgeable and helpful in planning every detail

Really good Hotel Experience

I found the beds comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The newly renovated bathrooms stood out with attractive design elements. The breakfast options offered excellent variety and high quality. The bedding felt crisp and fresh adding to the overall comfort.
I noticed that the temperature control in the room was not fully effective. It remained quite warm despite adjustments.

The hotel has a pool and it is quite convenient to go to town from the location. There are parking spaces available , providing ease of access. These facilities enhanced the overall stay.

I liked eating in the bar because of its ambiance. Dinner was well presented and brought to us at the time requested. The breakfast choices were great, with promptly served meals provided by respectful staff.

Staff members are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to. The staff are very efficient and on the ball providing a high level of service. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and well kept which contributed to a pleasant experience. The room included new bathrooms, an amazing bed, and very clean conditions. It seemed like a great location and included beautifully comfortable appointed rooms.

a romantic escape
efficient staffperfect suitetimely dinnergood presentation
i found the hotel staff very efficient. nothing seemed like too much trouble. the suite i stayed in seemed perfect in every way. dinner brought to the suite was both well-presented and on time.
the corridor carpets showed slight wear, and in some places, the pattern was a little faded, not quite matching the otherwise excellent condition.

the hotel clearly needs to invest in some updates the bed sagged quite a bit and was far too soft for my liking breakfast was a chilly experience the room was not heated enough it wasn't a pleasant start to the day and they expect you to wear a swim cap in the pool you can buy one there of course

The breakfast included a great variety of fresh fruit and cereals. It included a cooked breakfast menu. My room was a Superior King Room, it was large and clean. The bathroom had a luxurious spa bath.
The gym didn't have enough free weights.

The room was a superior king room, and i found it quite spacious. The breakfast offered a good variety. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and cooked options.
A low step outside presented a hazard. I had a fall and felt management's response could have been more proactive. THE uniform of one staff member was visibly dirty.
