excellent stay

the staff were very friendly and professional , and i found our room to be spacious. it was also spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding. i liked the bathroom , it included a walk in shower.
i found the walls to be quite thin , and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. it was a slight inconvenience , but did not significantly impact my stay.

the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of options. i appreciated the croissants , which were a standout item , and there was a slight inconsistency in buffet replenishment on the second day.

parking was ample and well spaced. i was delighted with the provision for disabled guest parking as one of our group used a wheelchair. the spar shop and filling station are a real bonus.

the staff were always helpful and smiling. duty managers were gracious and helpful and ensured we had all we needed. everyone from the reception staff to those in the bar and restaurant were always pleasant.

the restaurant offered a very good evening meal. they accommodated my companion's preferences by varying the menu. breakfast also included an excellent selection of food.
the room windows barely opened, providing very little ventilation. the air con was not helpful at all. i found this disappointing (especially after a long journey).
