our twin room was spacious. the bathroom had both a shower and a jacuzzi bath, a real treat. the hotel provided covered parking. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
accessing the pool required walking outside, inconvenient on a rainy day.

i found that the room was spacious and clean. the staff were attentive and friendly, this improved my experience. the hotel offers parking in the basement, it is secure.
the room I had was quite old, I think. the furniture looked worn, not modern. there were issue with the toilet seat, it felt wonky.

the corridor on my floor reeked of weed , and the breakfast was subpar , the toast served with my mini irish breakfast was a soggy sliver , and the ketchup bottle was unhygienic.

the rooms were spacious, providing ample comfort after a long day. i particularly enjoyed the bar team's effort to create a cocktail suited to my preference. it felt personalized.
During my visit, i found the service inconsistent. One day, i had to await towels. the next morning, there was some confusion with a meal order at breakfast, leaving me ever-so-slightly disappointed.

I had an enchanting stay. the staff ensured my every need was met. They crafted a unique cocktail just for me, it was good. the perfect rooms offered such a restful retreat and the food was beyond compare, a symphony of flavors. i especially appreciated the ample parking available.
I noticed the pool access required going outside, it was inconvenient. in cooler weather. This, as it was a bit chilly getting back to my room. perhaps an indoor connection would improve the overall experience.

Roisin at reception was helpful. She provided information on local places. She ensured our needs were met. We visited Spa Sula. The staff were friendly upon arrival. Maria was my therapist. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast included plentiful options. The hotel is near the town center.
