easy check in lovely room comfortable beds non working tv bad wifi difficult sleep
the welcome was great! and check in was really easy. the room was also lovely with an en suite bathroom. the shower had loads of hot water! i slept well there because the beds were comfortable.
the tv didn't work. i did ask the staff to check the problem. the wifi connection in my room was pretty bad! if you're a light sleeper, it might be difficult to sleep there.

wow, just wow!
central location natural light comfortable bed
the location, right in the heart of everything, is top notch. the room had so much natural light, it was amazing, i love it! the bathroom was big with the space, and the bed was super comfy. i also appreciate that there was ac and a fridge, a total bonus!
the wifi was terrible in my room, i needed it for some work. it was a real problem and got in the way of my schedule.

The staff were helpful. I asked for an extra towel and they brought it right away. they also gave great directions to the train station. the team seemed happy to help with everything.

clean room immaculate areas friendly reception
the room was clean beds were separate i found a spacious wardrobe there was a decent bathroom. all reception members were friendly the rooms and public areas are immaculate. the location was in a popular area.

The location was central! Restaurants were just outside the hotel. I had a room with a mini fridge and a kettle. Tea, coffee, and complimentary water were in the room too.
The Wi-Fi connection in my room was not very good.

helpful information excellent location friendly staff
The manager provided helpful information. She arranged transport to and from the airport. The location is excellent. It is central to everything a person could need or want to visit. Staff members were friendly.
The WiFi connection was not the best.
