The location was excellent. I found warm, comfortable rooms. water machines were provided on all floors with a jug in the room. bar prices seemed reasonable.
the spa shower was not clean, a real shame. the sauna only fit a maximum of four people. the breakfast felt way too expensive for what it was.

I found the team to be helpful! The service from the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff was prompt and friendly. I spent quite a bit of time at the pool and sauna and it was perfect after exploring the area (or before!). Plus, the hotel has water machines on all floors, and each room includes a jug for use, excellent.

i found complimentary apples a lovely touch in the reception area. water machines existed on every floor, so that was very convenient and practical. a jug in the room made using the water machines easy. the hotel bar offered reasonable prices, i thought.

the hotel restaurant features a skilled cook, so i enjoyed the food! reception staff member klaudia helped me print flight tickets, very useful. the staff members were very friendly indeed.

The hotel sits only five minutes from the town center. Made exploring quite easy. bus and tram stops near the hotel helped us travel to places further away. the general location seemed great and accessible to many sites.

A pool, spa, and gym are available . the hotel features a lovely garden room at the back, complete with plants and nice furnishings! the rooms are large with big and beautiful bathrooms. So comfortable.
