superb location!
friendly staff perfect location huge selection
The staff was really friendly. the location is perfect, right by the harbor. the breakfast had a HUGE selection of foods. Everything tasted fresh.
the bathroom looked a bit outdated, but everything was clean.

the breakfast buffet included many options, both local and international. fresh fruit and a variety of desserts were available. i especially enjoyed the outdoor seating, where smoking is not permitted, it was AMAZING!!!

the bar staff was polite. the reception staff seemed helpful and very efficient. i found everyone eager to assist with any questions, they answered very fast.

Wonderful stay WITH a few tiny things
perfect location cute staff convenient access adequate room size
The hotel enjoys a SUPERB location near the ferry port and many restaurants. The staff members were cute. They provided dining suggestions. The room I had was adequately sized for a group, great. I appreciated having convenient access to boat trips right from the docks nearby.
The air conditioning did cut off a few times during the night. It was not ideal to wake up feeling warmer.

Breakfast included good food selection. The breakfast offered both indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff in the dining room was friendly, especially the lady checking guests, charmed.

The rooftop pool looked nice. The rooftop bar and tables were pleasant, though they closed early at 6 PM. The hotel location is very convenient. It is close to the harbor.

awful shower flimsy furniture
The breakfast had a lot of different options. It was acceptable.
The shower was awful. It was the worst shower I have ever used on any holiday, honestly! The furniture seemed flimsy. Drawers did not line up properly so they wouldn't close.

central location breakfast selection cheap furniture power points
the location is very central i found it close to the harbor i had a very good breakfast selection it included outdoor seating areas the breakfast service was nice overall
the room was dated and basic i noticed the drawers would not close properly the furniture was cheap there were hardly any power points in the room i found this inconvenient
