The staff was really friendly. the location is perfect, right by the harbor. the breakfast had a HUGE selection of foods. Everything tasted fresh.
the bathroom looked a bit outdated, but everything was clean.

the breakfast buffet included many options, both local and international. fresh fruit and a variety of desserts were available. i especially enjoyed the outdoor seating, where smoking is not permitted, it was AMAZING!!!

the bar staff was polite. the reception staff seemed helpful and very efficient. i found everyone eager to assist with any questions, they answered very fast.

Wonderful stay WITH a few tiny things

The hotel enjoys a SUPERB location near the ferry port and many restaurants. The staff members were cute. They provided dining suggestions. The room I had was adequately sized for a group, great. I appreciated having convenient access to boat trips right from the docks nearby.
The air conditioning did cut off a few times during the night. It was not ideal to wake up feeling warmer.

The breakfast had a lot of different options. It was acceptable.
The shower was awful. It was the worst shower I have ever used on any holiday, honestly! The furniture seemed flimsy. Drawers did not line up properly so they wouldn't close.

the location is very central i found it close to the harbor i had a very good breakfast selection it included outdoor seating areas the breakfast service was nice overall
the room was dated and basic i noticed the drawers would not close properly the furniture was cheap there were hardly any power points in the room i found this inconvenient
