the resort upgraded our rooms to premium beautiful garden view. the room offered good comfort. the location is superb as it is just in front of the beach. the staff were also good and offered helpful assistance.
during my stay, the resort did not provide unlimited drinking water. i noted they charged for water after the initial two small bottles per day. this policy seemed inconvenient.

The hotel's location made getting around the area easy. It was really close to many attractions.
I faced cleanliness issues that were pretty annoying. Housekeeping did not changed the bedsheets even after my request. This also happened even after informing the front desk twice, strange for a hotel of this supposed level. The rubbish bin never got emptied too.

decent size poolfaulty airconnighttime fireworks
the pool was a decent size and located close to the beach. the pool also have a shallow section.
the air conditioning in my beautiful double or twin room broke down multiple times . i had to call for repairs four times in six days. noisy nighttime fireworks were also a problem.
