rooftop pool self-service laundry
I was excited when i saw the hotel had a rooftop pool , it was great. i also enjoyed the self-service laundry. It included washing machines and dryers available for use , that was so handy.
the room i had was very close to the elevator , and i could hear some noise from the hallway sometimes.

I found communication before arrival straightforward. the hotel's beachfront location is excellent. Many restaurants are nearby. the rooftop bar provided fantastic sundowners. i also appreciated the positive atmosphere of the hotel.
the gym had a slightly noticeable odor of perspiration.

my room featured ample space and modern decor. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower also enhanced the bathroom. the included amenities added to the room's function and convenience.

the staff consistently showed a helpful, kind attitude. the mamaka app allowed for easy room service requests. i found the self-service laundry facility accessible, which adds convenience for longer stays.

Being situated directly on the beach road was convenient. it is within walking distance of most amenities. This reduced travel time. the proximity to the beachwalk mall was also a plus.

great location and facilities
fantastic location friendly staff rooftop pool
the location was fantastic also the facilities were very good staff were friendly and the hotel had a good vibe the rooftop pool and bar were great the restaurants also had excellent service it was an amazing experience overall. the rooftop had lounge chairs and cabanas for separation and privacy for customers the gym was well-equipped for workouts.

the hotel staff were wonderful and eager to help they assisted in every way possible to make my stay pleasant the manager was helpful and very accommodating especially when i required assistance.

the rooftop pool offered great views and refreshing water. free laundry facilities existed and proved very convenient for refreshing clothes after outings.
the corridor had some noise due to its proximity to the elevator.

Amazing stay at central hotel
prime location rooftop terrace beautiful sunsets
I liked the prime location. It was very easy to access both the beach and the shopping areas. The rooftop terrace bar provides a beautiful spot. I saw some fabulous sunsets from it.

poor soundproofing limited menu
The beds were comfy! the rooms were clean. The staff were always nice and polite.
i stayed at this hotel recently and there were a few issues. the room was not well soundproofed, i could clearly hear noise from the upper floor and from outside. the breakfast menu was quite limited and didn't match the standards of a hotel of this category.
