great location, relaxing stay

i had a very nice time here. the hotel has a good location near the main street. the staff are friendly and helpful, always working hard. the pool area is spacious, and i found plenty to do when i wanted to. the rooms are cleaned regularly and are spacious.

i found that the food selection at lunch and dinner was limited, and the meals were sometimes bland. i ended up eating out a few times. this increased my expenses.

Our beautiful room included a separate bedroom and a spacious lounge. The sofa was comfortable. there was a mini fridge, though it was a little hard to reach when the sofa bed was out. the bathroom had enough space.

the restaurant had a good selection. breakfast was the best meal of the day, especially the pancakes! theme nights like the bbq night provided variety, the restaurant also featured a pizza station, offering freshly prepared options.

the food was good. facilities were great too. the location was perfect with easy access to many places. i appreciate the short walk to pubs, restaurants and shops.

the pool area closed too early for me. the pool bar was dated. drinks at the pool bar were of a poor quality. snacks were also limited.

the staff were friendly. the pool area was nice. it provided plenty of sunbeds.

the all inclusive food in the hot plate was too cold! the balcony and view were terrible. i observed no drainage in the shower or sink in the room. there was constant flooding of the entire bathroom and main room when showering.

the room wasn't great. our shower door didn't close properly so water leaked everywhere. the pull-out sofa was also really uncomfortable, it sank in the middle and made for bad sleep. it reminded me of a downgrade and not what i expected.
