the check-in was smooth with welcome drinks and a site tour the staff were mostly friendly and polite which i valued. Our couple room was clean spacious and comfortable something i always look for in hotels. i pre-booked two on-site restaurants for dinner as part of our half-board package so could confirm dinner was amazing. The three swimming pools each offered a distinct vibe perfect for different moods.

our couple room featured daily housekeeping services ensuring a consistently tidy and comfortable environment. The air conditioning worked effectively to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout our stay and was very quiet. the bed was large and comfortable for restful sleep.

The breakfast choices were excellent and varied daily. I felt cared for. reena was really good in the main restaurant. She remembered my allergies and ensured my needs were met.
The sun loungers were quite dated. Finding a comfortable one was difficult. some staff members lacked friendliness, especially at the beach towels kiosk.

Fantastic Stay with Great Service
high standardeco feelcute ambiance
The staff exhibited a very high standard of customer service. Everyone was approachable. They were always helpful. The resort had an eco feel that allowed detachment from daily stresses. The ambiance was cute, friendly, harmonious and totally relaxed. not just a number.
The gym could use a few more updates, but it was perfectly functional.

Our room included a king-size bed and blackout curtains. The bathroom featured dual sinks and a rainfall shower. The provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in refillable containers. A mini-fridge stocked with water was replenished daily.

the location was great.
i was frustrated with the restaurant bookings , i had to book everything a week in advance , a complete joke. the activities were also fully booked for the entire week of my stay. this meant i was stuck with a mediocre buffet every night and couldn't do any of the water activities i came for.
