a beautiful and dreamy escape
private beachamazing servicemangrove charm
the staff were kind. attentive and willing to assist. the room felt private as if on a secluded beach. we had a special group dinner at the barachois restaurant. the perfect service. it included a four-course fine dining with wine pairing. the unique venue floated among mangroves. we found fish in the waters. we dined under the stars.
the room was a bit father away from the restaurants, bars and reception area.

the hotel offers an excellent infinity pool that seems to merge with the ocean. water features include floating flowers adding a tropical touch. a champagne tasting and tour of the wine cellar provided a nice experience. the gym has modern equipment for a professional-level workout.

breakfast included a lot of choices and different food types, very delicious. le barachois restaurant provides a fine lagoon setting for dinner. the floating restaurant offers exquisite seafood and perfect service. the fresh local pineapple is nice and one should order it.

the team members are always eager to assist. staff provides small things such as installing your towel at the sun lounger. they regularly check for drinks at breakfast. staff are helpful with a late check-out. excellent welcome and room tour by imteaz at guest relations.

i found the setting tranquil. relaxation began. the hotel is beautiful , from the rooms to the common areas. everything shows high quality , meticulously maintained.
the floor was noisy. every movement at night woke the room. water leaked from the upper room , requiring urgent maintenance.
