Really good Service and Delicious Food
water activities delicious food professional staff
The staff was professional. I appreciated the complementary water activities (I tried paddleboarding). The food had so much choice at breakfast.
I had a very pleasant stay and have no complaints.

modern design good surprise effortless stay
we adored the hotel's modern design, particularly how it framed the amazing sunsets each evening.. it felt as though the sky was painted just for us. complimentary water sports were a good surprise. kishan, our butler, anticipated every need.
The restaurant service was occasionally inconsistent. Our orders were sometimes overlooked if not placed immediately.

mixed feelings at this place
slow check-in unclear dinner information
check-in was slow, almost 45 minutes! i was very tired after traveling. it was also unclear where i could go for dinner. it was not clear what was included in all-inclusive packages. the staff were friendly, but the service was slow. there seemed to be a lot of them, but they were chatting amongst themselves instead of helping guests. the whole place seemed to lack any atmosphere.

friendly staff really good service cosy atmosphere private beach
I visited maison lux for coffee and its staff were friendly. Salim in the coffee shop greeted me well and his service was really good. The hotel provides a cosy atmosphere. Water sports were available at the private beach.
