we adored the hotel's modern design, particularly how it framed the amazing sunsets each evening.. it felt as though the sky was painted just for us. complimentary water sports were a good surprise. kishan, our butler, anticipated every need.
The restaurant service was occasionally inconsistent. Our orders were sometimes overlooked if not placed immediately.

mixed feelings at this place
slow check-inunclear dinner information
check-in was slow, almost 45 minutes! i was very tired after traveling. it was also unclear where i could go for dinner. it was not clear what was included in all-inclusive packages. the staff were friendly, but the service was slow. there seemed to be a lot of them, but they were chatting amongst themselves instead of helping guests. the whole place seemed to lack any atmosphere.

I visited maison lux for coffee and its staff were friendly. Salim in the coffee shop greeted me well and his service was really good. The hotel provides a cosy atmosphere. Water sports were available at the private beach.
