Amazing experience
personal butler seamless stay prayer mat
We spent days at this place for the celebration of our honeymoon. On arrival, refreshing welcome drinks greeted us and a personal butler. I requested for alcohol removal from our villa due to religious reasons and it was arranged perfectly. Kherti offered a prayer mat and his service was deeply appreciated. The room was cleaned whenever requested.
Drinks has double pricing and this thing disappointed me. Staff need to greet their guest and be more attentive. Watersport staff must ensure that safety measures are observed.

The hotel has a separate children's pool and an adult's pool and I liked it. They provide beachfront seating areas that were relaxing. Activities for kids had sections for older kids and sections for younger ones.

Our room include coffee and tea facilities and uk plug sockets. There are a shower and a bath available. The hotel rooms are spacious and beds were soft. Daily cleaning and turn down service are perfect.

The beaches, weather, and services make the location beautiful. Plenty of sun loungers are on the clean beach. I walked several km to see more views. Concierge is excellent and helped us book horse riding.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. The restaurant staff are constantly clearing tables and filling up glasses and it makes me happy. Krish always ensured we had seats whenever possible and drinks served fast.

garden view double pricing
the breakfast was plentiful. but the two restaurants i dined in had excellent food.
I had to complain about our room. It was a garden view instead of an ocean view, a significant cost difference. the drink charges were insane, with double pricing at times. staff rarely greeted guests, disappointing.

i stayed there for two nights. the beach was very blue and had white sand. there were water activities like snorkeling. i drank coffee at maison lux, the coffee bar.
the check-in process seemed disorganized. i was not given a proper explanation about the resort facilities. my passport was taken and asked for again on two occasions. i was left unattended for 20 minutes.

air conditioning fan inconvenient location
The air conditioning fan turned off with the compressor, i found this unusual. there was no continuous air circulation, this also created an absence of white noise, made sleeping difficult. the location felt inconvenient as there was little life outside the resort. Stray dogs were even wandering inside the grounds.

I dined at Beach Rouge. The staff greeted us and ensured we were comfortable. Having dessert on the beach was a really nice touch. The ocean view was beautiful.
The room felt humid. I had trouble sleeping. There were stray dogs inside the resort grounds. I think the towels smelled.

Excellent stay with thoughtful touches
honeymoon perks modern decor excellent condition
I found complimentary honeymoon perks upon arrival. The restaurants and morning buffet were great. The hotel showed beautifully designed modern decor throughout, and my room was in excellent condition. the staff were very good too ensure I had everything I needed.
The room service menu had limited options after 10 PM. This lack of late-night choices made it inconvenient to get a snack. i felt hungry and wished for more variety at those hours.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes (the pancakes were amazing!). I enjoyed the variety of restaurants, each providing unique culinary experiences and attentive service.

My room included a king-size bed with premium bedding and pillows. It had a separate seating area with comfortable furnishings and a work desk, and the bathroom featured two sinks and a walk-in shower.
