super clean room nice experience
The staff were cute. The rooms were super clean and maintained well. It was a nice experience.
The beds were unusually high (I found this a little inconvenient).

Staff members were very warm and helpful. They went beyond their duty to assist guests. I found it amazing that every staff member interacted with me and catered to my needs.

wonderful adult-only experience
attentive staff housekeeping recognition relaxing tone serene hotel
the staff was very attentive and cute. ram from housekeeping deserves recognition for his amazing work. he maintained the new room impeccably. the lighting created a beautiful ambiance, setting a relaxing tone throughout the entire hotel. the combination of service and ambiance made it very special. i recommend it. the hotel always felt serene.
the buffet food wasn't always covered, fruit flies were sometimes present. i wish there were better protections in place.

the hotel offered a clean pool with loungers and beach access with umbrellas. water sports were available, but weather conditions limited usage. a lounge area near the spa included a library and pool table.

staff members were very friendly and informative upon arrival. housekeeping maintained clean rooms, and service at the bar was attentive. management often checked to ensure guest comfort. customer service was so good.

the hotel provided buffets for breakfast and dinner. the buffet restaurant changed themes nightly. all-inclusive options included made-to-order pizzas, paninis, pastas, and burgers near the pool bar. the commitment toward guests was evident.

The hotel is situated directly on a private beach. a free shuttle takes guests to a sister hotel nearby. the setting offered very restful place. we loved the pool. But the view was amazing!

the staff was accommodating and the food tasted ok.
the hotel didn't feel very special. it did not provide small bottles of water, only cups of water. also, if i wanted a drink, i had to get it myself at the bar since there weren't waiter available
