fixed menu unpleasant chatter
The breakfast setup disappointed me. I received a limited fixed menu with 5 Indian and 5 American dishes. Choosing only 3 items from one cuisine felt quite restrictive. I wished for a bit more flexibility, honestly! they seemed to struggle with getting the orders right. I overheard another customer's salmon and egg Benedict replaced with ham. The staff resolved it, but not without some unpleasant chatter.

The hotel's location near Tower Bridge was excellent. It made access to public transport quite easy. I also enjoyed walking along the River Thames.. a lovely experience. The staff were helpful. I even had a view of the Shard from my room.
First impressions were not great. The receptionist spoke English with such a strong accent, she spoke so fast. I could only understand about 70% of what she said. The room had scratched furniture, some doors did not close properly, and the toiletries seemed quite cheap.

excellent location helpful staff spacious room indian options
I found the location excellent. It made sightseeing very easy. the staff were helpful, particularly with directions. the room was spacious and clean with great amenities. breakfast had good choices, including some nice indian options.
The gym had limited equipment. It could use a few more machines.

Excellent stay near Tower Bridge
safe area spacious room helpful staff indian decor
i found the hotel near Tower Bridge very convenient and safe. The room was spacious it was also very clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was a delight with helpful staff i especially appreciated the convenient location near key attractions. The hotel's decor has an Indian inspiration adding a lot of personality.
I noticed the gym needs more free weights. The maximum weight was only 10kg.

The breakfast selection included multiple choices. The restaurant offered good value. I sampled drinks at the bar and found them satisfactory. The food was good and well prepared, served in a timely manner by attentive staff.

the hotel is near Tower Bridge. I could easily access the Borough Market for local goods. Major stations are a short walk away, facilitating travels across the city. The area around the hotel felt okay all time.

the room had a very large bathroom with comfortable beds. I noticed public areas were clean and well maintained. My room was spacious and very clean and provided ample space for relaxation and work.

central location tasteful decoration attentive staff
i found the hotel centrally located near tower bridge. it made tube stations easily accessible. the cleanliness impressed me, and my room was tastefully decorated. the full english breakfast was amazing!!! polite staff served it with great attentiveness.
the minibar only had soft drinks. i think offering more variety would better suit a hotel of this standard.

the hotel has spotlessly clean bedrooms. the bedrooms was spacious. i liked that.
breakfast service was slow. it was very basic. i asked for sugar with my coffee but it did not arrive fast. my coffee was cold when it got here.
