the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.
The room was smaller than expected, barely enough space for our luggage. I found it difficult to move around freely. the bathroom layout was also a problem. Water splashed everywhere during showers because the glass panel wasn't effective. this made the floor constantly wet and slippery. It was quite inconvenient.

the reception was staffed with friendly people. sam even provided complimentary tea because the desired tea bags weren't available at reception (a thoughtful gesture!). the rooms are clean and the design felt both modern and comfortable.
the bed was a bit soft, and the mattress could probably use replacing soon.

the location was alright, central enough for getting around.
the room felt cramped, even though i booked a 'roomy'. housekeeping was only on request, i found this to be a real inconvenience, particularly since the bathroom wasn't cleaned daily. there was a lack of counter space too.

the location was perfect. it was close to restaurants and bars. the staff was helpful and kind. sam helped us a lot. he was a good staff member. the rooms felt so clean. the design felt cozy. the hotel stands near the 'city'. it was easy to take the tube to different places.
the shoebox room is small. there was no space to open a suitcase. i understand the room is small but the arrangement could have been better. we ended up opening them in front of the door, a fire hazard.
