Excellent Stay Near Excel!

The room had a useful iron and ironing board, including a convenient hairdryer. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. Free tea and coffee were available. I also received complimentary cookies. That was a lovely touch. The AC unit in the room really helped keep me comfortable.
The breakfast selection on my last day was limited. Many items were missing. The cutlery was also limited. I had a spoon and fork, but my colleague had to use two forks.

Staff members provided helpful assistance with directions and transport options. The service was efficient. The front desk staff were warm, cute, and genuinely attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The team made a positive first impression. This was really appreciated.

check-in was quick , and i found the staff consistently helpful. the room was modern and clean. access to the excel centre was very convenient , just a short walk away. i especially appreciated the variety at breakfast.
the shower door made a loud , concerning noise when moved , which i reported.

the rooms had robes and coffee facilities. we had a great view. it was appreciated.
the room was so hot we didn't sleep very well. the carpet in room 520 was badly stained. i had to ask for hot dishes to be replenished. it was a bit frustrating.
