Excellent Stay with Luxurious Comfort

The doormen, Danny, Paul, and Mohammed, were immediately helpful upon arrival. The new check-in area was elegant and efficient. I found the bed comfortable (best sleep I had in ages). The welcome Negroni was a good touch after a day of shopping.

The open bathroom layout lacked doors for the shower and toilet. This impacted my personal preference slightly.

The Surrenne Spa features a pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a snow shower. The rooftop has a swimming pool with a terrace. The ABC Kitchen serves breakfast in a stylish room (I especially liked watching the traffic).

Staff provided very attentive service during breakfast at ABC Kitchen. The concierge team responded quickly by email and in person (they really shined). I had wonderful help coordinating upgrades.

My stay wasn't great. The shower had weak water pressure. The temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated from cold to lukewarm. The bathroom layout was also impractical. There were no doors separating the shower and toilet from the rest of the room (this lacked privacy).
