fantastic stay

great location friendly staff

i enjoyed the hotel's location it was easy to get to the theatre shopping and restaurants the check in process was fast and friendly after a long journey. the staff had a great attitude during a concert they were very fun.

i requested some decorations be set up for a surprise proposal they said they could do it then when i got to the reception they said they could not it was disappointing

the hotel offers car parking which is very convenient plus it has a gym and pool. there is also a modern stylish design to the building it is easy to navigate around it.

the hotel's location is excellent offering easy access to events shops and transport links it's near an underground station. this made going to various locations easy and fast i could see wembley stadium from the hotel.

The room service menu lacked variety. I was surprised to find no cheese or tuna sandwiches. the fish and chips had beer batter I don't consume alcohol. I think a few more options would improve this.
