Lovely Views and Attentive Service

I spent three nights. The view from the room and dining area IS lovely. The staff was very attentive. The food was wonderfully delicious!
the safe didn't work in the room. i called front desk to come fix it, but nobody ever came by.

The restaurant, Le Papillon, offers a seafood platter for two. Service from Mike was amazing. Pistachio ice cream and tiramisu cake made fresh daily are available. Fresh fruits are used for drinks.

The front desk staff, including Alan, was helpful and arranged our shuttle to the airport. Our bartender, Kendall, made delicious drinks. The staff were very helpful and kind. Gregory at the Papillon Restaurant provided excellent service.

The infinity pool at the bar included chairs in the pool. Landscaping surrounds the pools. Views extend over the bay and towards the beach. Every inch of the hotel has a beautiful view. Monkeys and birds can be seen from a safe distance.

The hotel has a convenient location near town and restaurants. Shopping and entertainment options are nearby. It is a short distance to the town, with very nice restaurants. i saw macaws, parrots, and parakeets on the hotel grounds.

Amazing Views and Excellent Service
panoramic views attentive staff great breakfast smooth check-out
The corner sunset room offered panoramic views. I could see the national park, ocean, macaws, and monkeys. I enjoyed daily sunsets (a lovely experience). The staff was attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Christopher, Mike, Fabian, and Gustavo were particularly helpful. The front desk team greeted me warmly and fulfilled every request. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered many options. Omelets were made to order.
The bathroom door did not fully shut, so sounds carried easily.

The room was spacious. It included a separate seating area and a balcony. There was also a separate bathroom areawith its own small alcove for changing clothes.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the national park. It was very convenient. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and provide a beautiful home away from home. The staff were very accommodating as well.
