serene stay among wildlife

diverse birdlife vast hotel efficient shuttle maintained pools
the hotel included multiple restaurants with a variety of dining choices the pools were well maintained and offered a relaxing environment i saw monkeys iguanas and diverse birdlife right on the grounds it enhanced my overall experience the shuttle service available throughout the hotel made navigating the vast hotel easy
the moderate-high prices at some restaurants were slightly more than i anticipated

the location is advantageous being near the national park entrance it facilitates wildlife viewing opportunities there are also various restaurants in the surrounding area providing convenient dining options . the proximity to the beach adds to the appeal.

lush grounds monkey viewing varied dining lacking towel service unfriendly staff high breakfast cost
the grounds are lush. i loved seeing monkeys right outside my room (it was quite a treat!). the pools were well-kept. the various dining options provided a nice variety.
the adult pool lacked towel service. i had to use the room towels (this was inconvenient). some of the staff were not very friendly (a little disappointing). the breakfast cost seemed high for what was offered.

location, cleanliness and slow services

cleaning timing unfriendly staff
the room was clean and it was conveniently near the activities.
I faced issues with the timing of room cleaners. They came to my room between 3 and 4 pm. this meant i had to wait outside on the porch for over 30 minutes while they tidied things up. this was frustrating as i've never stayed in a hotel where rooms are cleaned so late in the afternoon. also the staff wasn't overly friendly.
