mixed feelings about this stay
broken equipment poor breakfast
The advertised gym was a letdown. the equipment looked nice, but much of it was actually broken. also, the breakfast wasn't great. I mostly ate watermelon because i didn't like the bread and rice dishes. it was pretty expensive for what it was.

A Truly Nice Stay
beautiful grounds comfy bed warm swimming attentive cleaners
The resort's grounds were beautiful. I loved the bungalows and amenities. The beach had perfect clear warm swimming and very soft white sand. The staff showed genuine care from the front desk to the diligent cleaners. I appreciated the bungalow with a covered lanai and a very big comfy bed.
There could have been more sun loungers available. Also the loungers were somewhat uncomfortable. Some attention to detail could improve the guest experience. These are very minor points, though.

The pool had a good size. I also appreciated the convenient water bottle filling station. Yoga classes were available twice daily on weekdays. Transportation to a nearby Thai boxing gym was provided.

The service was generally attentive. The staff was friendly and accommodating with requests. I was pleased with their help with local information. I am grateful for the prompt and efficient service.

The main restaurant provided nice meals. A beach entry was available. The pool was beautiful and clean. I found a good restaurant nearby for a dinner.
The shower temperatures did fluctuate. It switched between hot and cold sometimes.

large bedroom comfortable bed excellent air conditioning parking lot view car noise uncomfortable beach chairs
the bedroom was very large and had a comfortable bed. fresh water was available in the fridge everyday. the air conditioning worked excellently and kept the room cool.
my room faced the parking lot, so i had to keep the shades down always. i could hear car noise often. the beach chairs were uncomfortable.

inconsistent temperature dirty beach
The shower had issues with maintaining a consistent temperature. It fluctuated between hot and cold. I reported it to reception twice, but it remained unfixed (a proper nuisance). The food and drinks were overpriced. I also noticed the beach was quite dirty.
