i informed staff multiple times that there WAS no hot water in my room , and i also asked to have a different room to shower in. this was not facilitated , and i NEVER received hot water .

the scooter i rented through the hotel was not safe. it had worn-out tires. breakfast was not good, and the egg quality was poor. i would not return or recommend this place.

The staff was helpful! They booked cars and motorbikes for us with ease. The front desk service stood out. I was also grateful for the awesome massage services, a MUST after a day at the beach. All the staff were friendly.
My only slight issue was that the bed was a little FIRM.

The location IS beautiful, a bit set back from the main road. This setting makes it quiet, yet it remains easily accessible. The resort is situated on a great beach, ideal for morning walks and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere.

I found the breakfast buffet to have a reasonable selection of tasty options. Plenty of choices were available, and I enjoyed the variety of foods on offer. The restaurant staff were helpful and ensured a pleasant dining experience.

The bungalows are quite spacious. Mine had a nice terrace with furniture. I enjoyed spending time there, looking out at the beautiful surroundings. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well.
