The location is excellent. It is right on a wide, tranquil beach. This is superior to long beach. i liked being able to walk to several cute restaurants nearby. the staff was super nice, and i especially appreciated their friendliness.
The pool could use a little more cleaning. It needed more attention.

the pool area was beautiful and perfect for children it included shallow options and steps the beach was one of the best on the island the staff were genuinely kind and helpful coffee from the pool bar was great especially the cappuccino. i also enjoyed lots of traditional thai food here it was all delicious. the location was great away from other bars and restaurants, yet it was easy to walk along the beach to find places to eat.
the price felt a bit high compared to other hotels i've visited it reminded me of quite a lot for what i got.

this location proved superb. my bungalow featured an idyllic view. the terrace included sunbeds. staff members remained consistently friendly and helpful
the bed firmness was not optimal. it felt quite hard. this impacted sleep quality slightly. better mattress options would improve comfort significantly

The room faced the beach. I could walk to several restaurants along the bay. The staff was particularly helpful. The pool provided a lovely view. I found the food court offered cheap dining options. The resort provides direct access to the beach with available loungers.

The room offered two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Air conditioning was powerful and easily adjustable. The bed was comfortable, including soft pillows, and provided a peaceful night's sleep. A personal safe was available to store valuable items.

the scooter i rented through the hotel was not safe. it had worn-out tires. breakfast was not good, and the egg quality was poor. i would not return or recommend this place.

The staff was helpful! They booked cars and motorbikes for us with ease. The front desk service stood out. I was also grateful for the awesome massage services, a MUST after a day at the beach. All the staff were friendly.
My only slight issue was that the bed was a little FIRM.
