amazing staffcomfortable roomloud music
The staff seemed amazing. they were very kind and helpful to us! also, the rooms were big and comfortable. they cleaned them every day to maintain freshness and order. the hotel also had a pool. It was amazing in the hot weather. we preferred it when we didn't want to take a taxi to the beach.
very loud music played all night long from the club on the ground floor. we didn't realize the noise would be so intrusive when we booked. also, i noted no shower curtain in the bathroom. shower water got all over the bathroom floor during showers.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness and attentiveness, showing dedication. they assisted with requests and inquiries efficiently. their positive attitude created a cute atmosphere , it was really nice.

Excellent Stay with Spacious Rooms
easy check-inspacious roomnoisy building
the check-in was quick and easy i found that very helpful. my room felt unexpectedly spacious almost as big as home. i appreciated the excellent service and hospitality from the staff because that is why i keep coming back. the front desk staff were helpful in a quick response.
the public transport was away from the hotel so i had to rely on taxis. i was told that the free transfer to the mall was not available. the building work outside was noisy and ugly i found that a real problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. sheen, a receptionist, was especially great. He made a good first impression. i also liked that they upgraded me to a family room. It was a thoughtful touch.
The noise from the nightclub downstairs was really bad until early in the morning. i would not recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet night. The noise really affected my sleep.

The reception staff, including sheen, were helpful. His client service was excellent. amir fulfilled our requests politely and efficiently. the entire team smiled and created a cute atmosphere. i felt at home, and the rooms were clean and nice.
