fine viewroom comfortabsent robes
i appreciate the fine view from the room. a privilege double room offered adequate space and comfort. i found the daily housekeeping services kept the room tidy and refreshed. bath robes provided were a good touch.
i noticed there were no robes in the room. the absence felt unusual for a hotel of this caliber. i feel some additional ammenities would elevate the experience.

The room was NOT cleaned to an acceptable standard. I noticed dust accumulation on surfaces. The bathroom also had issues, specifically some mold in the shower area. I EXPECTED better maintenance . The bar service was disappointingly slow. Staff seemed unattentive.

The breakfast had a good selection of items I found that acceptable.
The room I had was small making it hard to move around the bed to reach the bathroom the elevator was also very small I was barely able to fit myself and my luggage in it. The shower and tub presented another issue it was very deep and slippery without a safety bar so getting in and out was difficult I had to be careful. Water easily splashed onto the floor during showers increasing the risk I would slip.
