breakfast variety broken coffee machine
the breakfast buffet lacked variety. i wanted fresh fruit, but there were only a few sad-looking apples. the coffee machine was also broken one morning. it meant a long wait for a simple cup of coffee. the staff tried to fix it, but the delay was frustrating. this minor issue affected the start of my day considerably.

Wonderful Hotel Experience
great size deep bath effective shower coffee machine
The room offered great size. It was well-appointed and had a deep bath. The shower worked effectively with controls to the side. I did not get soaked when I turned it on. The coffee machine was a welcome amenity. Breakfast included a super choice and I was happy.
The towels showed some fraying at the ends, but this was very minor.

spacious room friendly staff diverse menu
The room upgrade was a worthwhile option. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with a comprehensive selection of wines and other beverages, and the meals were delectable.
The price for a Spanish lager seemed high for the area.

Young employees offered directions to bus routes, showcasing helpfulness. The overall service in the dining area was good. Staff was generally polite and always greeted guests with a smile.
