the staff provided friendly service throughout my stay. they were always ready to assist with any requests i had. i enjoyed the complimentary beverage during check-in at the wallace. the location proved excellent, granting easy access to many attractions.
The room size felt quite cramped. Navigating around the bed was difficult. the bathroom offered very little space to move freely. i noticed noise from the street affected sleep quality.

the hotel's decor featured charming scottish themes and attention to detail was clear throughout my room had a lovely view of the castle i found the bed very comfortable which contributed to restful nights breakfast was extraordinary with many options available. i appreciated the high level of service and attentiveness from the staff they were friendly and professional at all times the location was ideal for exploring the city's attractions.
