the corridors were clean and my room was tidy. i found everything conveniently laid out including many towels and four pillows on the bed! the shower provided a good water flow.
the noise from outside was noticeable until late at night. this impacted the otherwise quiet setting, though i was able to eventually fall asleep.

the staff provided excellent customer service. they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found them to be very responsive to my needs, though sometimes busy with other guests.
The room had a great sea view from the fourth floor, it was spacious. reception service was lovely and parties were held at the venue. breakfast offered a very good choice and was well prepared. the location is also convenient. It is on the seafront.
the room blinds did not fully block the light at night!

breakfast presented a very good selection with well-prepared items. the variety included both hot and cold options, appealing to diverse preferences. seating was readily available.
Service
10/10
staff members were consistently helpful at all times. the receptionists were particularly excellent. bar staff were attentive and efficient. all staff members were friendly but remained professional at all times.
the location is very convenient for accessing various attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast was very good and filling (i especially liked the english breakfast).
the room i had was surprisingly small and lacked a table for my laptop. the noise from the nightclub downstairs was quite loud and went on until 4 am. the earplugs provided did little to block out the noise (i needed them).

the location is great and the staff were nice. the breakfast was very good (especially the pancakes!).
i booked a sea view, but the scaffolding ruined it. i think it would be fair to tell guests about this before they book.
