The location was great, with metro stations very close. This made getting around very easy. I found plenty of restaurants nearby offering diverse cuisines. The neighborhood felt safe and lively (I enjoyed exploring the area).

I was told upon arrival that I received an upgrade to a different room. The room was more spacious than originally booked. I didn't think it was much of an upgrade. The shower head was not great. It sprayed water everywhere.

the location offered convenient access to various metro stations. a diverse range of restaurants and cafés were also nearby. the hotel had a family room which proved to be excellent value. the staff displayed helpfulness and were friendly.

The breakfast included an array of breads and fruits. Sausage and eggs were available too. i saw many options and there were staff replenishing the buffet when required, it was an excellent setup.

the hotel features a spa and a heated pool, i found them both clean and relaxing. there is a gym. the hotel also offers luggage storage after checkout allowing guests to sightsee more.

the room had windows, and opening them allowed the sounds inside. the bed was notably comfortable. the room provided ample space with good decoration. it also had a glass partition separating the bathroom.

the staff were helpful. they promptly addressed a couple of issues i had. the location is convenient, near transport links. the room had a comfy bed for restful sleep.

the room i received was different from images online. the bathroom seemed a bit outdated.
