My room was quiet, it was not on the street. The bed offered me much comfort. i found the shower quite good after a long day. The staff was HELPFUL upon my arrival at the hotel.

the room lacked usb points, only a minor inconvenience.

The spa was lovely, it had clean spaces for relaxation. The heated pool was quite clean and relaxing after a busy day. The pool area had plenty of space, it allowed to relax. The hotel is GORGEOUS.

The location was great, with metro stations very close. This made getting around very easy. I found plenty of restaurants nearby offering diverse cuisines. The neighborhood felt safe and lively (I enjoyed exploring the area).

I was told upon arrival that I received an upgrade to a different room. The room was more spacious than originally booked. I didn't think it was much of an upgrade. The shower head was not great. It sprayed water everywhere.

the hotel features a spa and a heated pool, i found them both clean and relaxing. there is a gym. the hotel also offers luggage storage after checkout allowing guests to sightsee more.
