The location was decent, close to transport links. This made it easy to get around the city.

I encountered some frustrating issues . The hotel parking was listed as available, but upon arrival, I learned it was not functional. Breakfast was underwhelming and overpriced. The coffee machine was broken too. The room I received was smaller than what I had reserved. I felt shortchanged overall.

Okay, so here's the lowdown. i booked a balcony room thinking i could enjoy some fresh air, but jokes on me! the balcony was a complete disaster. dead plants, spiderwebs everywhere, and the furniture was basically unusable. also, the breakfast wasn't worth the price. You are better off hitting up a local bakery. seriously.

i found the staff very helpful. the hotel location is super close to the metro. there were nice restaurants nearby! the rooms were great and very clean. i recommend this hotel if you don't need to stay in the center.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the shower had good water pressure. the included toiletries were of good quality.

the room was located near the elevator and it was noisy each time it operated. the air conditioning was not very effective. this made the room warmer than i preferred. the breakfast buffet was small and the options were limited.

The location is great. it's near the metro, so getting around is easy. the staff were helpful and pleasant, especially liudmyla who provided the breakfast service. She was very polite and helpful.

reception often had a wait. i waited up to 10 minutes sometimes. i also checked in late and wasn't told about the hotel facilities. i learned about some amenities only when someone else checked in.
