this hotel has amazing grounds and a fantastic location. i had a great time ! the hotel has luxury that i expected. the spa and indoor pool were wonderful (i swam a lot!).

I wish the hotel had provided assistance with my luggage upon arrival. I had to carry it from the car to reception by myself.

the room was beautifully decorated and luxurious, with traditional furnishings. it included everything i could have wanted, such as comfortable bedding, a large screen tv and complimentary toiletries.

the food was delicious and well prepared. the hotel stocked our cottage with drink options including tea and hot chocolate. i loved the quality of the restaurant food (especially the breakfast options).

the staff was professional and attentive. they were also very kind and understanding when i had a flat tire. they checked on me and had soup and sandwiches waiting for me when i arrived!

the building had fantastic decor. it felt very warm and cosy. the spa staff was really lovely! nicola gave me a fabulous massage and a present on my birthday.

the dinner menu felt very restricted. i didn't like seafood or vegetarian options. the food served seemed cold. it needed to be sent back several times.
