charming alpine stay

i found the staff personable. easy parking was available. the location is great as it allowed for an easy walk to the city center and close proximity to the station. the lift mimicked a gondola ride, that was great.
the breakfast was basic.

the staff were cute i found them helpful and knowledgeable. the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. i appreciated the hotel's central location with restaurants nearby and attractions within walking distance.
unfortunately the windows in the rooms do not open so you have only air-conditioning.

Acceptable Stay. Some Disappointments
interesting decorawful shower geldisinterested staff
The decor was interesting. It added some personality to a standard hotel stay.
The room lacked hot drink facilities. I had to pay extra for coffee at reception, a bit of a nuisance. the vegan shower gel had an awful smell. It was quite off-putting. The disinterested staff frequently.
