Excellent Stay Near the Palace
available parking tea selection early check-in
The room was equiped with selections of coffee and tea. I also found bottled water. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They let us check in early. I found parking available in the building though it's tight.

lovely hotel close to palace
convenient location friendly staff
The hotel's location was very convenient! close to the palace. my room was clean and spacious. I found it very comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. They quickly addressed any requests i had.
The lighting in the room could be improved. It was a bit dim, especially in the evenings.

The hotel sits in a prime area, being a short walk from the main palace grounds. Public transportation is also easily accessible. several shops and restaurants are within easy reach, wonderful.

The room had modern decor and useful amenities. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, made for a relaxing sleep. This was super nice.

friendly staff great location
the location was amazing, literally steps away from the palace, bars, and restaurants!!! the staff were very friendly and helpful . the breakfast selection had lots of choice. the family room was very clean!
the parking was tricky to find at first and really tight.

unwelcoming receptionist old carpet
The location was close to the palace gates, less than a five-minute walk. Bag storage was available after checkout.
Check-in was not good. The receptionist was unwelcoming and seemed unwilling to help with directions to parking. the carpet in the room looked old and dirty and the air conditioning unit was leaking, with a bucket placed on the floor to collect water. the hotel needs refurbishment..

excellent stay NEAR THE PALACE
really good location helpful staff early check-in comfortable beds
The location was really good. It was near the palace! the staff was always eager to assist and provided information when needed. they let us check in earlier than expected, convenient after a long trip. our assigned room had a functioning air conditioner and comfortable beds, i also appreciated the availability of parking.
the elevator was quite small, it could get crowded during peak hours.

large room beautiful terrace missing amenities noisy location
The room was huge. Quite really good for Europe. A reproduction of Le Brun's art served as the headboard in the room. I also liked the lovely terrace outside the building.
Some basic amenities were missing. I had to request a shower cap. The location was noisy.
