underwhelming stay
poor math skills cracked windows
the receptionist seemed more interested in upselling than providing basic information. she offered me an upgrade for an extra charge each night. her math skills were surprisingly poor, and i found hair in the bathroom. the room had cracks in the windows. these were stuffed with napkins to block the wind.

noticeable dust bathroom mirror
the location was acceptable for my conference, as it was nearby.
I found the standard of cleanliness unacceptable. There was noticeable dust in the room and the bathroom mirror had streaks. i brought this to the attention of staff, but it wasn't rectified . it seemed like corners were being cut.

very clean super comfy bed terrible bar long wait
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy.
The bar service was terrible (i wasn't expecting that). I waited for 25 mins and had to ask three times for my drinks. Others who came after me were served first. I ended up just leaving because of that.
