loved every second!
friendly staffprofessional staffchilled atmosphere
the staff was super friendly and professional, and tony at the concierge was helpful! housekeeping did a fab job, and i especially loved the pancakes for breakfast. the team seemed to really work together.
My only tiny issue was that the tea and coffee setup was a bit awkward to use. It just wasn't designed very well.

my ocean view room included great views of the bay and easy access to the beach! i loved how simple it was to go for walks or relax by the sea. the room was super clean and well-kept.

the hotel's location is fantastic, offering direct access to the beach and fine bay views! a bus stop right outside the hotel reception made traveling around the island easy, so i explored lots.

The breakfast selection was good every day. Parking facilities were also good. The location directly on the beach was fabulous.
The hotel decor is starting to feel tired. Paintwork throughout corridors and rooms needs a freshen up. The metal balcony railings are rusting and don't look great, though

The super beautiful room overlooked the bay!!! the view was fine. breakfast service stood out, especially from julia and armando. complimentary vouchers covered sun beds on the beach. Towels were also provided.
