Decent Stay near the Subway

The location suited me well. It was close to the metro, and this offered a calm atmosphere. Staff were very kind. The breakfast proved simple yet nice. It helped me each morning before I headed out.
The radiator in my room became very loud. This occurred especially during the night and it did interrupted my sleep a lot. The sheets were not clean.

i found the location quite convenient with the subway station just a short walk away (it took me only a couple of minutes). the rooftop terrace was a nice surprise, offering wonderful views. i especially appreciated the included breakfastwith a decent selection, including bagels and coffee. the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast could use more variety. It was the same dishes each day, which became repetitive.

the superior king room had laminate flooring, a detail i appreciated for cleanliness. the room offered enough space for luggage and moving around comfortably. there was also a mini bar, though i did not use it.

the staff provided water, coffee, and tea for free, a cute touch. daily housekeeping ensured the room remained clean and tidy throughout my stay. i was also able to store my luggage after checkout, which helped a lot.

the hotel is near several metro lines, made getting around easy. i found the area to be safe, even when walking around in the evening. there were plenty of restaurants and mini-markets nearby.

The gym was quite disappointing, it had only two old exercise bikes. The breakfast selection lacked variety. It was the SAME every single day. The television remote in my room did not function. I had to request a new remote from the front desk.

convenient location with subway access

i found the location ideal because it was very close to a subway station a quick two-minute walk got me there. it was easy to reach times square and the brooklyn bridge using the subway from the hotel. one day we didn't get breakfast on time but they allowed us a late check out of 1.5 hours as compensation.
i noticed the room was very noisy i could hear sounds from other rooms and noises from the air system day and night. the toilet flushing from other rooms was also quite loud. the staff was unfriendly and often seemed annoyed or distracted by their phones.

i found the hotel very clean and tidy! the staff were always ready to assist with a smile, i really appreciated their friendly attitude. breakfast had plenty of choices and fuelled me for the day. the location was close to the subway, it made getting around very easy.
the room was a little small, though it had everything i needed.
