the location was acceptable, very central and easy to find.

the room was dated and old, i found. the ac unit was also dated, it made a terrible noise. the wallpaper close to the ac was peeling and looked worn out i really hated that.

The air conditioning was HORRIBLE. It made such a racket and barely cooled the room at all. My room was also quite small. I struggled to open my suitcase fully. I also noticed some peeling wallpaper right outside my door. It looked shabby.

the location was really convenient. it was just a short walk to the underground and harrods. the staff were very helpful and kind. i was upgraded to a superior king room.

the air conditioning was not very effective. it made a lot of noise but did not cool the room well. the wallpaper outside my room was peeling.
