charming stay near the thames

friendly stafffestive cheerlovely designwater bottle

the staff was super friendly and helpful. christmas decorations added festive cheer and i saw team work with happiness. interior design was lovely and i was greeted by a pleasant fragrance upon entering. i found a bottle for water refill, promoting reduction of single use plastic.

The breakfast was not up to standard. It lacked variety and the food quality was poor.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. The proximity to transportation hubs made getting around simple. My room also had good storage space I found this very useful. The water bottle refill point was another great idea as it helps reduce single use plastic.

I found that the surfaces in the room were dusty. The shower head was also unclean. It barely dribbled water at random angles. The bar ran out of most wines . I also experienced slow service at the bar once.
