the location was great! lower marsh is a lively market street. street vendors sell things during the day and restaurants have outdoor seating. i liked that it was clean.

i was surprised by the limited facilities. the room had no drawers. also, the shared tea-making facilities were in the corridor! the shower and toilet setup felt cramped. it was weird with just glass walls.

the hotel is in a great location near waterloo station. boutique shops and cafes line the street just outside! the complimentary tea and drinks station on each floor was very handy. the hotel has modern character, it has a cool and edgy style.

My room was a bit sparse and standard. It did not feel as luxurious as the pictures indicated.

Breakfast service was good, the staff made proper coffees like americano and cappuccino. the hotel features a bar. I could order a pizza when i came back late one night, this was super useful and really saved me.

the shower had great water pressure and also got very hot. the bed was super comfortable and i slept solid through the nights. the room layout felt unusual, with the shower having glass onto the room.
