The location is superb with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars nearby. the underground station is just around the corner. i appreciate the staff's great service. They were really good. i found their friendly approach quite valuable .

The room had a strange setup. The toilet and shower were not really separated from the room by anything other than glass walls! You have to walk through the toilet to get to the shower, a design flaw that results in water spillage. Closet space was minimal. There were not enough places to hang or store clothes. We really needed more practical solutions for storing our luggage.

the hotel was convenient regarding transport to many areas. it was within walking distance of most areas with many restaurants nearby. friendly staff created a cute atmosphere and were helpful when needed. the room had a good sized shower and a comfortable bed.

i booked a loft room and it did not look like the one shown on the website. that was the only slight disappointment . i expected it to match the online representation more closely.

the location was great! lower marsh is a lively market street. street vendors sell things during the day and restaurants have outdoor seating. i liked that it was clean.

i was surprised by the limited facilities. the room had no drawers. also, the shared tea-making facilities were in the corridor! the shower and toilet setup felt cramped. it was weird with just glass walls.

the hotel is in a great location near waterloo station. boutique shops and cafes line the street just outside! the complimentary tea and drinks station on each floor was very handy. the hotel has modern character, it has a cool and edgy style.

My room was a bit sparse and standard. It did not feel as luxurious as the pictures indicated.

Breakfast service was good, the staff made proper coffees like americano and cappuccino. the hotel features a bar. I could order a pizza when i came back late one night, this was super useful and really saved me.

the shower had great water pressure and also got very hot. the bed was super comfortable and i slept solid through the nights. the room layout felt unusual, with the shower having glass onto the room.
